The Genius of Fable 2

So I was on Fable2.com and there is this really cool looking flash game that lets you make some choices and then a paper cut-out style stage plays out your story. At the conclusion of the story, depending on your choices, you will be awarded in-game content for Fable 2.For example, I was awarded a 3-piece chicken suit, some emotes, etc. What is really slick is all you have to do to redeem your prizes are to put your Fable 2 game disc in your 360 and the prizes will be in-game waiting for you. No having to enter your email address, no signing up for anything. It simply knows your gamertag thanks to Windows Live ID, and you get the content.Really slick stuff, and typical of how damn smooth the whole XBL experience is compared to PSN and the laughable Wii online. The Genius of Fable 2
I did it too, awesome stuffThe Genius of Fable 2
Could be fun to try, but are there any negative effects possible?
Could be fun to try, but are there any negative effects possible?
no, each path you choose gives you different content.. I went through it 3 times to get it all :P
Ok thats its, I'm going to that Fable 2 website and play their games so I can collect more items. Most likely these items will affect how the ingame people will react to you by calling you names and such.

The thread was going well then BAM! Hit with fanboyism at the home stretch. The Rock Band 2 bundle and this game will be consuming my week. Interesting take though, at least I can thank you for pointing me toward this whole content thing.

LIVE integration into other services and web services is unparalalled.
One of the really good ideas that they put in the game is that the stuff you wear doesn't affect your stats. Your defensive stats are tied to your character, not your clothing. So there is a real emphasis on creating your own unique look. One of the items you can redeem from the website is some clothing dye. Apparently you can purchase/collect different dyes and change the color of the clothing/armor you get in the game.. really cool!

Live has quite a few great features with it, and this integration is quite impressive. Perhaps it's just because I'm used to his 360 fanboyism that I find it interesting he can't post information without trying to insult the other consoles.

Is it just me, or is it unbearably laggy flash for anyone else? I tried it in FireFox, IE, and Chrome and same in all browsers. Laggy to the point that I cannot get through it.

Worked fine for me.. there may be a lot of people playing it seeing as how Fable 2 comes out in 3 days. I know the Chicken Kickin' game was hard for me to get into.
Can't wait for this game!!
