For starters, I am extremely hyped about FFXIII. I hope it will rock, and at wrost i'm sure it will be decent. But here's the thing, last night I walked out of Max Payne with a buddy and he was like, ''That movie was terrible! The game was so much better!''I had the exact opposite opinion, while I liked the games, I went to the moive knowing it wouldn't be AMAZING but stasified with a standard action flick based on a character I like.Now we've got this game coming out, and it is soooo hyped, not just because it is FF I think but this gen there haven't been as many AAA RPGs as there where in the past (I know there have been some, key word not as many) and people are ready for one that will blow them away. i mean, obviously; it's final fantasy. i know what to expect.as long as i get a few things i'll be happy.1. if the main character is going to look like a girl, make it a GIRL. not a girly guy.2. good storyline which actually keeps me drawn in (FF12 i just stopped caring about) 3. at least some kind of online function(at least in versus)

not true necesarrily, halo 3 was hyped a lot and it did live up to everyone's expectation but unfortunately that expectation came from rembering the online of halo 2 and the campaign of halo, but it did not go beyond that

I'm more excited for Dragon Quest IX, to be honest. FFXIII doesn't look too interesting, and this is coming from a big FF fan.

with over 20 FF games and pretty much all are good....Excluding x-2.....I think Square enix knows what they are doing.....FF is the one game series you can trust to be good
