What is the biggest flop of this gen?

I'm thinking maybe Lair (hype was AA-AAA, 4.5) or Spore (hyped AAA-AAAA, 8.0). Twilight Princess was shocking although not terrible (hyped AAA, 8.8 ). Is a flop determined by how surprising it is (Spore or TP) or how big the gap is between Hype and Score (Lair)?What is the biggest flop of this gen?
score wise= LairIMO= Halo 3 (not considering scores) the story ended really bad and the mp was only halo 2 but prettier.What is the biggest flop of this gen?

I would think Lair by score. That was incredible with the review guide and all. The biggest two for me were Mass Effect and GTA IV. I was full of exitement for GTA IV, and the 10 got me even more pumped. I had to FORCE myself to finish it. Ugh. Mass Effect entertained me like only one other game(s) has, the Half-Life series. The story alone is worth a 9. Technical issues aside, that game makes you question the origins of species, galaxies, histories, religion, EVERYTHING. There comes a point in that game where the weight of everything going on hits you when your looking at the galaxy through the Normandy's map, and then you can gaze beyond it to see hundreds of other galaxies, where who knows whats going on. That game sends shivers down my spine. Also...Just Cause deserved a 9! LOVED IT! 8)
I don't really think lair had much hype, I donno two worlds was suppost to be cool....IT WASN''T the 7 it got was 6 points to generous
mass effect deserved an 8 in my opinion
What? No Mentions for Haze or Too Human?Too Human/Lair I think was biggest in hype - actual.AAA - 5.5 for Too Human AA - 4.5 for LairAA? - 6? (Don't know off hand) for Haze

TP deserved its score IMO. It was much weeker compared to the other zeldasbut I think Spore was the biggiest Flop IMO.

For me its GTA4 with the biggest flop that i've played and score wise it has to be Lair or Too Human but I wasn't hype for either of them so I didn't really care the reactions were funny though.

i think the general consensus would be lair, but i may be mistakenpersonally i was very disappointed with stalker :(
