I think all us Nintendo fans can pretty much say no major franchises till 2010 becuase nintendo hasn't shown us squat! Who knows maybe not till 2011. If only they'd give us some kind of info for up coming games I wouldn't feel like my Wii is a $250 paper weight. We already had Mario and Metroid. All that's left is Zelda.
And if the last game you played was Mario Galaxy in December, why don't you buy new games?
Have you not seen Nintendos new tactics? Announcing and shwoing details on games like 3 months before they come out. Look at Warioland, and Disaster. The big game announcements won't be so close to launch, but at least they aren't doing what Sony has done, shown a game in like 2005 and it not coming out until 2009.Plus next year is the year of the third party for Wii. So much good looking stuff coming out, I'll be fine with just that and RE and other stuff for 360.

It's already been known that Miyamoto has been working on a new Zelda. So, 2009 is a more realistic date for that.

Other than Galaxy, the Wii is becoming the ''Just wait'' console for ''core'' games.

And very early is probably much farther along then they are on wii zelda right now
Thats how it works, 1 Mario, and 1 Zelda per gen. More than that, and Miyamoto turns back into a pumpkin.

Nintendo is unnusual because they don't anounce games untill right before they come out. TP would have come out much sooner but they pushed it back because of the Wii version.
