Far Cry 2 Xbox 360 or PS3

I am having troubles choosing whether to get Far Cry 2 for the Xbox 360 or the PS3. On which system will it look better on?Far Cry 2 Xbox 360 or PS3
PS3Far Cry 2 Xbox 360 or PS3
There's some comparison videos on the net, and the 360 version looks slightly better. For the most part, though, they're identical, so get the version for the console and controller you prefer.
I would get it on PS3 becuase I'm paranoid of my 360 getting RROD :PBut I think the PS3 version looks better. This is a rare game where they actually made it natively for PS3 and ported it over to the 360. I am looking forward to more developers taking this approach
I'm having the exact same dilemma. I have this rule where I buy the same series of a game on the same console brand- for example, I played Far Cry 1 on the first Xbox so naturally I want to get Far Cry 2 on the Xbox 360. But on the other hand, I buy all multiplats on PS3 due to reliability, better controller etc.
Any comparison video proper one?
most likely better on 360. controller= console fps king, and well devs probably didnt feel like spending 9 years unlocking the cell.

controllers is a personal preference, i like the ps3 controller a lot better but thats just me

As for what console they will probably be the same like most games, but maybe wait for a comparison?

edit:if what rafinator said is true then i bet the ps3 will look better

you know what controller you like betteryou know if you have xbox live or not (in case you like the 360 controller better) and if you like it better than psngraphical difference is minimal and you'll find no answers here. just opinions from people who own either console if you can't decide toss a coin
PC, get it hooked up to your HDTVPlay with better graphicsBuy a wireless 360 controller dongle and still use your wireless 360 controller sitting on your couch :P..yeah assuming you have a gaming pc, sorry.

I would get it on xbox 360. I find the PS3 controller too small and its sticks too flimsy for FPS.

But you're right in that Live is more restricted. However, I'm sure I read somewhere that the editor will allow shared content on 360 but dont quote me lol.Obviously, the most open platform is the pc :P
We're not going to know which looks better until the game ships and we get in-depth comparisons to show very minor differences. Really you should be more concerened about which controller you'd prefer to use, if you'd rather use Live or PSN and if you do actually use online how long the community is going to exist until Gears 2 and Resistance 2 launch.
PC
why do you hermits insist with the PC?he's asking about PS3 or XBOX360. that's it.
I'd get it for the PS3 :)
Unlike Dead Space, Online has to be taken in account too for FarCry 2 dilemma.
