Which Console maker will be next to FAIL

I personally do not believe that the world can exist with 3 major video game consoles coexisting simultaneously for very long. I'm wondering, which company will be next to fail and go under.Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft?Nintendo has a legacy behind it and has become a well-known label worldwide so I doubt it could fail so long as it keeps targeting children. Downloadable classic NES games also help ensure it continues its dominance in the future.SONY I was routing for in the very beggining. I knew the PS3 would sell well as a Blu Ray player, besides gaming, but most PS3 games are ports from Xbox360 and the PC...PS3 has very few A+ must-have (non-port) games, so, Sony's left me dissapointed. I doubt Playstation 4 will offer very much different than PS3 because I believe that eventually the industry will end the plastic physical disk format in favor of downloadable media (or verifiable disk codes) once high speed broadband internet and data verification techniques are improved. For all we know, future games may be given out on disks to be downloaded into the system hard drive and then an activation code purchased from the company. Microsoft has done very well with the 360 and making''xbox'' a blend of PC Gaming with home console gaming. I doubt Microsoft will go out of business any time soon considering their market share and their user reliability. I really doubt people are missing HDDVD much despite how Microsoft was railed against for not including it built into the redesigned pro system. With 3 major contenders, I am convinced one of them must die, but absolutely not certain which one. Which Console maker will be next to FAIL
None of them will die, The Xbox won't die because microsoft doesn't care if it makes money on it or not the only reason they entered the race was because Sony was stealing PC game sales. Sony won't die out because it has a strong backing of games and more functionality than any other consoles, they also seem to know what they are doing more than any one else. Nintendo won't die because they could label their product dog crap and people would still buy it.Which Console maker will be next to FAIL
The video game industry seems pretty stable with 3 competetors to me.
Depends,we should wait and see,but i think there is chance that Nintendo fails (not because they are bad,but because other 2 are just too rich and greedy)
Well to be honest i think its either microsoft will pull out, after losing interest, or sony will after losing too much money
Sega again in about 10 years.
Microsoft and sony have lost about the same amount of money on the 360 and the ps3....Microsoft on RROD and Ps3 on high production costs microsoft just started making money earlier since it came out a year before, but I think the ps3 is now making profit to so, they are both good this genI hear next gen each console maker is going the nintendo route and making systems what they can sell at 300 right off the bat
if sony gets last place ( which it wont) it still wouldnt be enough to never make consoles again
Nintendo will be bought out by Microsoft or Sony after the next gen. Quote me on that if you wish.
Hopefully Nintendo. People act as if they're invincible, but that's not true. The Wii is like a parallel to the NES. The NES attracted non-gamers with simple 2D games, pick-up-and-play games with not much depth or complexity. The Wii attracts non-games with simple 3D games that don't have any depth or complexity. And they both worked well for Nintendo, financial-wise. That lasted for 10 years, before the PSX came along and took the #1 spot away with not much effort. Who knows how long it'll take, but eventually they will go down again, like they did with the N64. They will never have the third-party support that Sony and MS have, and eventually the casual market will shrink. You see, the general public is fickle, and, even though it may be several years before it happens(maybe a generation or two from now), they will lose interest in Nintendo again. No trend lasts forever.
if sony gets last place ( which it wont)
As much I enjoy my PS3, I wouldn't quite yet say that beating the 360 in total sales is imminent.
at this point in time I can't see any of them pulling out for some time. Why would you pull out of the fastest growing indsutry?

Sony will be the first to bow out of gaming I think.

Nintendo has more then enough money to sustain themselves through multiple horrible business generations is needed.
