COD4 greatest online shooter of all time ...

The game is great from the graphics to the guns there is really no game out there on consoles that really compares to date. However, with some many great things the online is ridiculously flawed like nothing ever seen before from host disconnects that end the game, to no lobby, to bad respawn points, to entering games that are a lost cause with nothing but enemy air-strikes with back to back enemy choppers, and along with other things.So that leads to one question greatest console online fps experience to date or cheapest online fps experience to date? COD4 greatest online shooter of all time ...

Its good, it just got boring. Halo 3 is quite a bit better
Counter Strike: Source is better than COD4
so far, I've enjoyed SOCOM just as much as CoD4:

Nobody is talking about how cheap the game is. This game is one of the cheapest games I've ever played in my life. I think there is a disconnection in at least half the games I play in on COD4
ONE of the greatest...But I think World At War will take it's spot. After playing some of the beta, it seems Treyarch are going to actually deliver this time around.
COD4 was good a year ago, but to be honest it just got dull and boring.
I think its the second best online FPS. Its the best on consoles though. I liked it way better than Halo 3. Its way more fast-paced and exciting. Halo 3 feels so boring in comparison. Plus, i hate the fact that Halo chooses the game types for you, and it takes ages to enter games. On COD4 its really quick and easy to enter the game you want.

It's pretty good. The campaign is fun and the online is alright, but it's not the greatest game ever. It's not bad though.The graphics, however, are incredibly overrated and barely above average.

The only reason Why I picked up COD4 was because all my firends said it was the best game ever but its far from that.
Counter-Strike 1.6 is the greatest online shooter imo.

If there are so many then list 5. [/QUOTE] 50 cent bullet proof sold very well - is that an amazing game too? I'm not even saying COD is bad, so i dont see why you're on the defensive. I just dont think it's ''the best fps online experience to date'', or even in the running for that matter. I think if you consider COD4 the best online shooter ever made, you really need to go out there and experience some other games on offer, because you'll have a blast with a good few games which put COD to shame.

Definently the most addicting, especially when you got a good group of friends to play with.
